●AEON MALL Ayagawa opened in July 2008 as a mall-type regional shopping center consisting of mainly a general merchandise store directly operated by Aeon Group combined with approximately 150 specialty stores.
●The mall has a two-anchor-with-one-mall format with the general merchandise store directly operated by Aeon Group on one side and large specialty stores on the opposite side. The major end tenants are Yamada Denki, Old Navy and MUJI on the first floor, HIMARAYA on the second floor, and AEON Cinema on the third floor. Having opened in 2008, the new property is an attractive shopping center employing the latest format of general merchandise store directly operated by Aeon Group along with a mall zone.
●The retail space is divided into three floors, and there is parking on the fourth floor, the roof and surface-level with sufficient capacity for approximately 3,900 vehicles.
●The shopping center has approximately 58,000 m² of retail floor space (including non-sale space), and while centered in Ayagawa Town, the mall's wide trade area extends eastward to the west part of Takamatsu City and westward to include Marugame City and Sakaide City. It is the largest shopping center with the most specialty stores within the 10 km radius of Ayagawa Town.
●The property underwent a major renovation in October 2014, with 38 new stores being introduced. Including the pre-existing tenants which were relocated or renovated, a total of 82 tenants were subject to the renovations.
