Complaints and disputes pertaining to operations including the financial instruments business
Acting as AEON REIT Investment Corporation's Asset Manager, AEON Reit Management Co., Ltd. ("the Company") works to resolve complaints pertaining to the Investment Corporation by the Company, while also striving to bring about resolution through the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC), whose details are listed below.
FINMAC takes on duties that include mediating resolution of grievances filed by The Investment Trusts Association, Japan, a general incorporated association of which the Asset Manager is a member, and also handles customer complaints.
