●AEON MALL Ota is a shopping center which opened in December 2003. It is located approximately 2 km east of Ota Station on Tobu Railway and alongside National Highway 122 (Ota Bypass).
●The property is a typical two-floor, mall-type regional shopping center with a general merchandise store directly operated by Aeon Group and sub-anchor stores located on either end of the floors, with a mall connecting the two ends. It is the only shopping center in Ota City with approximately 50,000 m² of retail floor space, making it the most prominent shopping center in the city.
●The anchor tenants comprise the general merchandise store directly operated by AEON Group and approximately 90 specialty stores for family fashion, clothing and general goods as well as household goods. Examples of large end tenants include SPORTS AUTHORITY, UNIQLO, DAISO and MUJI (Mujirushi Ryohin). Including service businesses and eating establishments, the property has a total of approximately 150 end tenants and is the largest shopping center in Ota City. The property was renovated in 2010.
●The property provides parking lots with capacity for approximately 4,200 vehicles, which is appropriate for a mall of this scale that also features a cinema complex. Surface-level parking lots are evenly distributed across the full breadth of each of the north and south sides of the shopping center building, and rooftop parking lots cover the entire roof of the shopping center building.

Hence, the property has the potential to attract a population exceeding 400,000 people.
●According to national census data, when looking at the trade-area population by car travel time, people in this area can travel more than 10 km by car in 30 minutes.
●This is the largest mall-type shopping center in Ota City, and even looking at just the general merchandise stores directly operated by AEON, there are no large-scale stores of comparable scale in the surrounding area.
